Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide technical leadership and approval authority for process engineering deliverables
• Review, approve, and guide development of PFDs, P&IDs, HMBs, and overall process philosophies
• Lead process design basis, technology selection, and optimization studies
• Oversee line sizing, hydraulics, pump hydraulics, pressure drop calculation
•  Review and approve sizing and selection of PSVs, control valves, pressure regulators, and safety systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of Equipment Lists, Line Lists, and Process Datasheets
• Provide expert guidance on instrument process data for all field instruments and control systems
•  Act as technical authority for international codes & standards (API, ASME, Shell DEP, etc.)
• Review and validate process simulations using Aspen, HYSYS, Promax, or equivalent tools
• Lead HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and other risk assessments; ensure closure of action items
• Drive technical bid evaluations for major process equipment and specialty items
• Approve MR preparation for RO systems, media filters, columns, internals, and packaged units
•  Review and approve control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, O&M manuals, and process guarantees
•  Interface directly with clients, licensors, vendors, and third-party consultants
•  Participate in and lead 3D model reviews, layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops
• Mentor, coach, and develop junior and senior engineers; set technical best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Process Engineering, with proven leadership in FEED and detailed engineering.
