Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Review and prepare Process flow diagram in Visio.
• Review and own P&ID.
• Line sizing for liquid, Gases and Steam.
• Hydraulics or pressure drop calculations.
• Preparation of Line List, Equipment list, Line sizing etc.
• Preparation of Process datasheet for pumps, blowers, equipment, valves etc.
• Providing Instrument Process data for Instruments, Control Valves, On-Off valves, Safety valves, Pressure regulator etc.
• MR preparation for valves, strainers, expansion joints, dampers, blowers, pumps, tanks, equipment etc.
• Technical bid evaluation for piping components like valves, strainers, expansion joints, dampers, blowers, pumps, tanks, equipment etc.
• Preparation of control narrative/ philosophy, O&M manual, Cause & effect etc.
• Participation and driving Hazop & LOPA.
• Participation in 3D model reviews.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Process.
