Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Independently Handling the complete project
  • Handling of Customers/Vendors/ sub-contractors/any statutory as required.
  • Project planning using Ms-Project /Primavera, monitoring, S-curve and expediting at L4 level (shop floor)  
  • Lead review and resolution of concerns to expedite completion including sub-package level.
  • Active involvement and driving customer/vendor meeting.
  • Internal, External stakeholders co-ordination & constrain management for Timely Completion of Project
  • Ensuring the on-time completion of agreed Project time schedule Target within budget
  • Reporting Timely & accurate authenticated information to Management related to projects.
  • Responsible for Project cash-flow including project sales commercial billing and collection.
  • Ensuring on time receipt of required material at project site according to the plan
  • Ensuring on time submission of all necessary documents/drawings to customer/ end - user/vendors/sub-contractors.
  • Communicating and implementation of corrective actions based on Client / Management Feedback to various stakeholders.
  • Adherence to the contract requirement
  • Obtaining project completion certificates from customer/End users
  • Project Contract closure with customer/vendor /subcontractor

Education & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • 10-15yrs in handling EPC Packages for Therma Scrubber/Solar Manufacturing /Semiconductor Manufacturing  
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Sound technical and commercial knowledge of mechanical packages
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Escalation management of team member’s projects with customers
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent if available 

Licensing or Certifications: PMP Certification Preferred
